Work is my playground, and I get joy from creating magic in chaos ✨

• I’ve co-created and delivered meaningful & measurable change to scale start-ups of 10, 30, 100 and 450+ employees from VC-backed to Series D, and received a Culture Pioneer Award for my achievements.
• My teams and I use skills from disciplines like Product, Operations and Marketing, to create employee experiences that attract, retain and nurture high-performing talent so companies and people thrive.
• I help move the HR profession forward by open-sourcing my work, and sharing back with conferences, articles, and podcasts. To supercharge HR teams’ capabilities ****through peer learning, I co-founded the People Stories community and STEP UP GYM
